That is why we offer our Elephant Organics Guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:

  • Please return it to us for a refund or replacement.
  • Returns and exchanges are free and easy!
  • For hygienic purposes, we are not able to provide returns or exchanges for facial coverings or underwear.
  • All items labeled as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges: Contact us via e-mail regarding the item(s) that you wish to exchange.

  • E-mail customerservice@pinkelephantorganics.com and let us know what item(s) you would like to exchange. We will send you a free return shipping label. Your new item(s) will be shipped at no cost to you.

Returns: 

For orders placed within the previous 30 days:

  • Click HERE to access our Returns Portal. Enter your order number and zip code, select the item(s) that you would like to return, and print your free return shipping label.
  • Upon receipt of your return, your original form of payment will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s). Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

For orders placed within the previous 30-60 days:

  • E-mail customerservice@pinkelephantorganics.com to obtain a free return shipping label.
  • Returned items must be in new condition unwashed, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
  • Upon receipt of your return, we will send you a gift card to our online store equal to the amount originally paid for the item(s).

We are not able to provide refunds for Gift Cards or Shipping charges.

Please note, we provide this unconditional guarantee as a courtesy to you, our valued customer. We want everyone to be completely satisfied with their Elephant Organics. However, abuse of this policy may result in us regrettably going our separate ways.
